Community Building
The Community Building will be 20,000 square feet of exciting activity and fitness space. The garden level of this building (Fig. 1) will have an indoor pool and associated sitting area for year round swimming and men’s and women’s locker / shower rooms. Next to a weight / exercise room (eliminating the need for a membership at any gym), is a dance / aerobics room. Various mechanical and storage rooms fill out the garden level.

The main level (Fig. 2) has a grand reception / lobby area, complete with fire place and sitting areas. The entry vestibule will have an ATM machine right next to the community mail room. Both the vestibule and mail room will be accessible 24-hours a day.
There
will be a 2,350 square foot banquet room that can be sub-dividable
into three smaller rooms when the need arises. There is a private bar
/ lounge with a warming kitchen for finger foods for caterers or your
own family gatherings.
There are two rooms planned for outside services of a dry cleaner and drugstore as drop-off and pickup rooms. Additionally here will be card and billiard rooms, a library with public Internet access, and several offices rounding out the interior space.
Behind the Community Building will be a large patio complete with an outdoor fireplace that will expand the uses of the banquet hall, reception and lounge areas. Also behind the Community Building will be a large gazebo with grilling area and fire pits for community and family gatherings.
