Residential Buildings

Each residential building will have numerous design considerations that make living at Indian Ridge very easy and very comfortable. Each building will be designed for maximum energy efficiency using maintenance-free materials, an superior quality components. There will be parking below grade of each building with elevators to each level. Every building will have spacious elevator lobbies and sitting areas.

The fourth floor of each building will have two 1,000 square foot sunrooms to meet and visit in with your neighbors while enjoying the views. Each building will have wireless Internet capabilities for each home.

Behind each building will be gazebos and common grilling areas with gas grills and fire pit gathering areas, while the front of each building will be graced with numerous sitting benches, extensive landscaping and large water fountains.

Adjacent to each residential building will be banks of detached freestanding garages that will be available as either individual secured storage units or individual additional parking spaces.

Every condominium home will be designed to meet universal design standards in an open floor plan layout. Each home will have its own laundry area and most homes will have 2 or more bathrooms. There is a garden level patio or a covered porch for every home. The heat and air conditioning will be individually controlled for every home with almost all homes having multiple zones. All kitchens will have wood cabinets and modern appliances. Each home will be completely wired for telephone, cable TV and the Internet.

There are five different sizes of condominium homes:

800 or 1,000 square foot 1 bedroom homes
1,200 or 1,400 square foot 2 bedroom homes
3 Bedroom homes with 1,600-1,800 square feet.

All homes will be single-floor living, no stairs in any homes. All the buildings in this development will be fully protected by fire sprinklers and security systems.
