Site Amenities

Site amenities will be numerous and extensive. There will be almost one and a half miles of walking trails within the development. These will be extensive walking trails with numerous sitting benches and gazebos at picture perfect view points. Located on the walking trails will be 11 outdoor covered exercise stations that will allow you to give your body a total workout if you were to visit and follow the directions at each station. http://www.playworldsystems.com/lt/productcategories.asp

There will be five holes of chip and putt golf, complete with water hazards and sand traps that surround the entrance drive into the community from the street. Several man made ponds will be added to an existing pond on site. The large new pond in front of the Community Building will be a Koi pond, complete with a large gazebo, sitting areas and a deck overhanging the pond.

There will be a recreational area that will have two tennis courts, two bocce courts, two horse shoe pits, one basketball / multiuse court with a handball wall at one end and this will all be adjacent to a picnic grove which will be complete with a gazebo, sitting benches, grills and fire pits.
